CAPTAIN

Chibuzo Ezebuike
Meet Chibuzo Ezebuike, the captain of the Noschaik Charity Foundation(NCF) and a founding member. A certified entrepreneur and astute businessman who has made significant strides in the business world. As the founder of Zuvic Energy Ltd., a leading trading company specializing in solar and inverter appliances, Chibuzo has established Zuvic Energy as a key player in the renewable energy sector.
Chibuzo’s leadership prowess has played a pivotal role in elevating the Noschaik Charity Foundation to lofty heights. Under his guidance, the organisation has navigated challenges, seized opportunities, and consistently achieved impressive results. His strategic vision, pace-setting and decision-making acumen have been instrumental in shaping the foundation’s trajectory and ensuring its sustained success.
Chibuzo is known for his compassionate nature and large heart for humanity. His commitment to social responsibility and community engagement reflects a deep sense of responsibility to make a positive impact beyond the corporate sphere. Whether through philanthropic initiatives or environmentally conscious business practices, Chibuzo is dedicated to contributing to the betterment of society.
VICE CAPTAIN
The Vice Captain plays a crucial role in supporting and assisting the Captain. Together, they form a dynamic duo, ensuring the smooth operation and expansion of the foundation’s initiatives
Ademola Oluwaseun Adejayan
Ademola Oluwaseun Adejayan is a COREN registered Civil Engineer and a Cooperate Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers. He is vast and experienced in the construction industry with the execution major projects around the country.
A visionary and insightful leader with the proven ability to build innovative experiences rooted in empathy that make an organization’s mission come to life.
As a founding member and at present holding the office as the Assistant Captain of Noschaik Charity Foundation, he demonstrates a strong sense of obligation to have a beneficial influence outside of the corporate realm by his dedication to social responsibility and community involvement.
Ademola utilizes his God given ability and resource in order to amplify the voice of those we serve, and for an organization’s partners to feel authentically connected to the populations impacted. He views this as a key lever for scalable and sustainable impact.
GENERAL SECRETARY
The General Secretary handles the administrative tasks, keeping the organization organized and efficient. They play a key role in communication, record-keeping, and coordination, ensuring that the foundation operates seamlessly.
Nnamdi Ossai
Nnamdi Ossai is a graduate of Public Administration and a member of Nigeria Institute of Management.
He has worked in DSTV, Serve Consulting (an SAP solutions firm), PRM Africa (a Public Relations firm) and served as head of Logistics, All Africa Music Awards, AFRIMA. He currently runs his own logistics business in Lagos.
Often seen as a maverick, He has a passion for innovation and excellence and has served in different capacities in Noschaik Charity Foundation.
He is a founding member of the organization and at present, holds the office of Secretary and Head of Outreach, Noschaik Charity Foundation. He possesses a high sense of responsibility, bringing in experience from the corporate world to add value to the organization, in terms of corporate social responsibility, which is the core of our existence.
Nnamdi believes that every human being has value; in a world that needs compassion and love, Noschaik Charity Foundation can be a vehicle to make impact and make the world a better place in our own little way.
FINANCIAL SECRETARY
The Financial Secretary is responsible for managing the foundation’s finances, ensuring transparency, and overseeing the allocation of funds to various projects. Their expertise ensures the financial sustainability of Noschaik Charity Foundation.
